To begin the application process, simply click the APPLY NOW link and complete the online application—please note that all applications must be submitted online and include a $55 application fee. While this may not represent the full list of requirements, all applicants must meet the following minimum criteria: a 12-month lease agreement is required; each applicant must be at least 19 years of age; and all occupants must be listed on both the application and lease. Income (must be at least 3 times the monthly rent), credit history, rental history, and employment will be verified, including submission of the last three pay stubs and additional employment verification if applicable. Valid identification, including a Photo ID and Social Security Card, is required. Applications containing false information will be automatically disqualified. Applicants must not have unpaid collections, outstanding balances with landlords or management companies, bankruptcies, foreclosures, judgments, or felony convictions. Extensive negative credit history may also result in denial, and we are unable to discuss individual credit reports—applicants must contact the reporting credit bureau directly for disputes. Upon approval, applicants will be contacted to schedule a move-in date and complete the leasing process. All required payments—including first month’s rent, security deposit, any applicable pet fees, and utility transfer fees—along with utility confirmations, must be received in full prior to key release.
